How, when, where? So many questions arise when preparing a trip. Here we have some answers to your questions about Paris, our tours, strolls and services.

  • - How are your private strolls like?
    All our services are private and personalized. You will have an expert guide dedicated only to you and your group for the whole duration of the tour. This allows us to adapt to your wishes, interests and rhythm; a premium experience.
  • - Do you offer tours for larger groups?
    Yes! We are happy to organize experiencies for larger groups. Even if they are not shown in our website you can request any of our tours by email and we will be sending you a personalized tour proposal and a quote.
  • - Where do your private strolls start at?
    1- Our "Themed" and "Must-See" strolls start at a specific location that is specified in the tour description. You can nevertheless request by email that your guide meets you at any location in Paris. 2- Our custom tours can start anywhere you prefer in Paris.
  • - What happens if I am running late for my tour?
    We understand that last minute issues can arise, so we are happy to adapt. If you are running late please get in touch with your guide or with our customer service number as soon as you can +33 6 50 37 31 46 Your guide will wait for you at the agreed meeting point for 15 minutes. If we don't receive any information from your side he/she will keep waiting for an hour in a comfortable location (a café, shop) nearby and he/she will send you the new meeting place by email or sms. Once you arrive the stroll will be adapted to fit the time scheduled. Our services are not refundable with such short notice.
  • - Are your prices per person or per time?
    Our prices are mainly calculated according to the duration of the service. Example: Montmartre's Charm Stroll - 290€ for 2 people (145€ per person) - 290€ for 3 people (97€ p/p) The Total Price is 290€ for up to 6 people. (we have a little discount for "Solo" travelers) If there are extra expenses involved they will be reflected in the price per person (for example bike rental, entrance tickets, etc...)
  • - When do I get my tour confirmation?
    When you book a stroll in our website you will pay for it online. Our team will manually confirm your request and you will receive our booking confirmation. Around a week before your tour you will receive an email with all the information needed about your tour (please make sure to check your spam box).
  • - I wish to cancel my stroll, what should I do?"
    Please send us an email specifying this as soon as possible to: Because our services are private, our guides block their time uniquely for you and will refuse any other requests for the same time and date. Considering this our cancellation policy goes as follows: - 14 days (or more) before the tour dates: 100% refund* - 7 to 14 days before the tour date: 50% refund* - 6 days or less prior the tour dates: no refund * transaction fees might apply
  • - I want to change my reservation
    Sure! Just sent us an email to and we will try to figure out the best option for you, considering our Terms & Conditions.
  • - Do I need to tip my guide?
    You have already paid for the service you will get so tips are not mandatory. Nevertheless if you think your guide went above and beyond your expectations and you feel like tipping him/her your generosity will be highly appreciated.
  • - I didn't find the answer to my question here, what should I do?"
